My site suspended Due to Heavy Spam Tariff So MY Host Deactivate my site , Now i access C panel And Ftp Access , How can i Removed Spam users By cpanel Or FTP and Activate Captcha.....now i can't access mybb admin panel

you can take backups of the database & files and make a local MyBB forum in your computer
remove the spam posts & spammers and put back the modified database on the live forum and
finally ask your web host to revive the site for further maintenance
