Detailed description - Attachments, mainly images, are showing up on random posts without being added. The images will stay on the post for a short period of time, probably a couple of minutes, and then disappear. Sometimes there will be one image and sometimes there will be 10 +.

New installation or upgrade - 1.6.11 to 1.6.12

Test user account (if a posting/UserCP issue)
Username - TestUser
Password - 123456

You are using the tapatalk plugin? Please update it as there are known incompatibilities.

Yes I am using the tapatalk plugin. When I update to the latest version, I receive mybb errors via email. Should I install the latest version again and post the errors I am receiving?
