I did not back-up my files before trying to upgrade to 1.6.12 and something went wrong... I'm trying to upload my 1.6.11 files again and the forum is not working!

Any help please!

Clearly you have failed to upload your files properly. There are basic necessary files missing in the necessary place.
Reupload the files and try again.
