So, as the title says, i have to increase it to 20 so, how to?

Eg.- I am Whoaranki, a member of MyBB

So in it there are total 26 characters excluding spaces, so i wanna do it like that only as seen on Hack Forum, Leak.sx

ACP >> Configuration >> Posting >> Minimum Message Length
