I'm looking for a plugin that will require users to have at least number of post before they can post in a classified section of the forum. is there a plugin that already exist?

You can do this with group promotions. Take a look at: http://www.mybb.com/features/promotions

It's as simple as creating a new group and setting the correct permissions.

Thanks. I've created a new group but thats just it. I need this group and the existing members inside this group to only allow in certain section of the forum to post once their postcount reach 10.

How can i do this through the use promotion please.

Go to ACP -> Users and Groups -> Group Promotions -> Add New Promotion, and configure the promotion there.
