I go to http://website.com/forum/install/ then I click 'Next' and it sends me here http://website.com/forum/install/index but doesn't switch the page. Clicking 'Next' does nothing after that.
I'm on a Apache server (through xampp). I've deleted the whole forum (upload) folder and put a fresh copy of it in my htdocs, still does the same thing. I've even did a clean install of the Apache server. What's wrong?
