Sure I could, but like everyone else my time is worth money. If it wasn't something so specific to your desires perhaps I or someone else would do it. But for such a specific (and somewhat involved) plugin, the reality is people will expect payment.

If dont want to pay, then you have to wait someone make that "custom plugin" for you.
May be until the end of the world? Or awaiting someone with a God heart
