How do I show user star, header_welcome_member ?

Is what is used for profiles so try adding that to include the user stars.

What is your URL let me take a look where you wan to show stars! I am afraid you will probably need a plugin!

Is it not possible without plugin? I can not give the site address, localhost working on.

could you please take a better and bigger snapshot of the area where you wan to show stars?
