No, not like that. Something that's advanced in the design aspect.

The concept is good, but the design of that plugin is "way" outdated.

Yes. But I am not looking for a plugin, just a new design coded for my forum. If needed, I can even design the profile page and someone can code it. I dont have the coding experience to execute that but I so have the design skills.

If you can post a mock up design I can take it on as a project and code it for free. Just post you design here.
