hi
after in unistall google seo plugin, in google webmaster i seen to many not found errors. (about 36000)
how can i solve it ?

Just follow instructions are described on that page it's pretty simple don't be afraid!

All you have to do is activate it. And if you have deleted all files from the server then you have to re-upload all of them!

Are you talking about SEO plugin or your webmaster tools account? Just mark all the 404 errors as Fixed (webmaster tools account)
Click on "Crawl Errors" tab then click on one of 3 tabs where errors show then click on checkbox next to Priority (selects all errors) and click "Mark as Fixed"
P.S. After you deleted SEO plugin your sitemap is no longer valid so the errors will return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
