somebody spam my forums and i give him ban IP and ban for his user but he change his IP and register again with another name.. and he do that so many times. what can i do with him? can i report him somewhare?
i have hebrew website and this guy dont speak hebrew and im sure he have no hebrew keyboard.. so i can use hebrew CAPTCHA question.
how can i do that?

Fighting spam user with dynamic IP is impossible, you may use one of the antispam plugin out there. to detect/trigger their post. But, this task took some extra CPU load with spam database. The easy and simple way is by using CAPTCHA OR limitting/prevent a new user some "human" questionare before registering their account. There is plugin fot that. Search on MyBB Mods Smile
