Full Version: [SOLVED] Internal server error message fairly often

When using our forum we (and our users) fairly regularly (not all the time but enough to post here) get the following error message. (Apologize for wide image, this forum needs the fit on page plugin! http://mods.mybb.com/view/fit-on-page)

Thoughts on if this is a problem with the server or an opportunity to tweak MyBB settings to fix the issue. Server logs show a 500 error code and the following:

(12)Cannot allocate memory: couldn't create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for /home/USERNAME/public_html/DOMAIN.com/forum/showthread.php, referer: http://www.REMOVED.com/
How many concurrent users does your site have when these errors are appearing? Your host may be limiting the number of simultaneous PHP processes, and lots of active users = lots of processes to handle the requests (And the error is thrown if a new one can't be started).
Look at your error log to see what is causing the problem.
Confirmed its a server issue. Nothing to do with MyBB. Thanks for replies.
