Where it says Your threads, and Your posts.

Thanks in advance, i've searched for 2 hours but didn't found it.

Check header_welcomeblock_member template if you want to change the text (should be as it is, so Your Threads, not {$lang->xxx}, because it's not default in MyBB) and HTML.
