I want images under the description for only one of my skins. How would I do this?

ACP > Forum Management > Manage Forums > *Forum Name* > Edit
Add the following code to the Description:
<img src="http://somesite.com/path/to/image.gif" alt="Alternate Text Here" />
But I only want it to be under one skin...
