I am kind of new to developing plugin's, and I don't really know much about hooks even though I read about them.

Anyway, I am trying to hook into the members profile page.

Can someone please tell me which hooks should I be using and give me some sort of advice?

The hook for member profile page should be 'member_profile_start' or 'member_profile_end' whatever is applicable.
