Can someone please list me all the tutorials and plugins that do at least one of the following;

1. Re-size images
2. Able to upload image from computer
3. Able to upload image from URL

I'm not after a single tutorial or plugin, but rather I'm after them all that do at least one of the mentioned tasks.

Also which one(s) do you use and why?
