My forum has been running for a week with no problems however today i have a error 404

How can i get my forum back up ?

its now back up but dead slow however i cannot access admin cp it comes up error 404

What is exactly the error message

Did you change anything in the 5 minutes between the first and second post? Perhaps your host just had a glitch?

You host is probably having problems, contact them.
