For some odd reason just in the past hour I now can't change people's groups. When I do it directs me to a 403 forbidden page?

Can someone help me? Please.

Also have you made any last changes before you discover that problem

Yes I made a new group and tried moving a user to that group.

Try to delete that group and try to move a member to any other group..and see if this happens
