Full Version: [HELP] Can't install Tranquil Theme

I tried to install the theme "Tranquil" by Jason but I got this error:

The following errors were encountered:
MyBB could not find the theme with the file you uploaded. Please check the file is the correct and is not corrupt.

Download file is correctly downloaded from http://www.mybb.com/downloads.

I got to this link: http://WEBSITE/admin/index.php?module=st...ion=import

Then I choosed: Local file and then I putted as Theme name Tranquil

[attachment=31081]

Than I clicked on Import Theme and got the error.

This is my version of Mybb, Php and database: [attachment=31083]

Please help!!
Unzip the theme on your desktop, then upload the XML file found in that and upload that.
Then you need to upload the images using FTP to the right directory in your forum's files.
check the xml file at end
it must end with this tag:
</theme>

He isn't uploading the XML file, he is uploading the entire ZIP file.
i didnt noticed that but sometimes the export theme system doesnt complete the xml file missing the last line or part of the tag
just trying to help.....

I understand that, and I'm sure we all appreciate your help. However, if that is the case(which it isn't I checked the XML file.) he wouldn't know until he unzipped it.

Also, @OP, the ZIP contains a word document that tells you how to install the theme, with detail. Please read that carefully when proceeding.
