There are the steps to take:
Backup your DB
Backup your MYBB forum directory
-------------------------
Upload MYBB forum directory backup to your new hosting server
Install backed-up DB

Edit:
config.php - change: database name, username/password, host
settings.php - search in it for all traces of your old domain (domain without .com "domain" not "domain.com") and replace it with the new one!
Also log into your ACP and edit General Configuration: Board URL and Cookie Path
