Hey guys
Is there any plugin through which, An admin or mod can disable/re enable a member's signature in posts and PM's but let it be visible in profiles?

not exactly as you require it
for specific users, you can edit their profiles in admin panel and enable / disable / suspend signature.

or you can manually remove signature bit code from the postbit layouts and let it remain at the profiles
