I would like to redirect 404 page to my Homepage using Google SEO Plugin, but I dont know how to do?

404 error page > Redirect Page Confirmation > Home Page Smile

You're better off doing it from your web server. If you're using Apache, simply add what's below to your .htaccess file in the root directory of your MyBB installation.
ErrorDocument 404 /
