Is it possible, when user post a new thread, he always standard becomes his own post icon.

Is it possible the user can choose a post icon in his profile .

You want the default post icon for new posts to be the one the thread author picked initially?

Yes. Always the same post icon by the same user.

I mean, each user can choose his own post icon in his profile.
This post icon is then used by each new thread of this user.
