So i want a plugin that i can put the code there and work as a js file without having to create an external file and link to it.

For example on css you go and create one and you can insert your code there.

Now i want similar for javascript files.

So i was wondering if there is any?

not sure if this is a perfect solution,
you can add required code in a template and load that template in another template

useful plugins are --> PHP in Templates or Template Conditionals (ref.) | Global Templates | Load Templates
