Same here. For a streaming list - perfect column display in forumdisplay (4x4 with thumbnail preview). And TC is a must - there are few areas where conditionals would be perfect instead of additional plugins (for example ads in header, footer and below first post).

Other plugins:
- Security question
- Plugin Uploader
- Custom User Permissions
- Goodbye Spammer
- Page manager

I find ModNotice and Report To Thread both useful from a moderation perspective.
ModNotice allows you to let users know you've done something (Without having to make a separate post)
Report To Thread creates a nice place for moderators to discuss what, if any, action should be taken about a reported post.
I also find myself using Template Conditionals more and more these days.
And finally, Thankyou/Like. No reason for users to make posts like "+1", "^that!" or "lol" anymore!
