We are a bunch of guys working on the same forum. We are all working from the same IP which might be a problem. Every time a user logs of, all other users at the office disappears from the Who's online list until they perform some kind of action.

We have checked everything regarding cookies according to the sticky post about logging in and out but everything seems to be as described.

Have you recently added Leverage browser caching? If done incorrectly it will cause the same issue!

No - I have not added Leverage browser caching.
