MyBB Community Forums

I see that there are sections for general questions and for installation issues, but I do not see where to ask about trouble with moving from one server to another. Does that count as an installation issue? My instincts would tell me no but I just wanted to check here first.

I don't want to be posting in the wrong section and either get ignored and/or penalized, so can someone tell me the appropriate section to post in if my switch to a new server is not working?

I would post it under "General Support".
And if you post in the wrong section: a staff member will move the thread then

General Support is for MyBB support, not including plugins/themes. Installation and Upgrades Support is for installing MyBB from fresh or for upgrading your forum from one version to another. In this case you'd post in General Support.
