Just a shot in the dark here... having issues and thought maybe this would be related.

If I have a MyBB board at an ip address like this... (random example)
72.93.65.22/~MyForums/
^Does that work fine just like any other URL would? Or do I need to take specific steps in order for that to work right? Not sure if maybe the squiggly~ line causes a few issues.

Yeah, just set the board URL to the correct path and it should work fine.
