When you say can't access the Admin CP, you mean...?
I can see the login to your Admin CP without any troubles, and you seem to be logged in right now.

Here's your admin CP: http://www.randomtangelo.mihopa.net/community/admin/

Admin CP --> Settings --> General Configuration. Change your Board URL to your new one.
