Hello, I get this message Your forum account is currently banned. Ban Reason: Unknown
Ban will be lifted: Unknown in red in a box just below the header at www.gl1200goldwings.com Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get rid of that message. No problem using FTP and looking for files, but, I just don't know where to find or how to eliminate this message from my site. Version 1.6.12

Make sure that 'Yes, this is a banned group' is unticked for the Guest group in ACP -> Users & Groups -> Groups.
