When replying to a private message / or quoting a post, is there any code or way to make the cursor automatically flash at the top inside the message box above the bit of code that always appears there?

Rather than having to place it in, press enter a couple of time to move the code down, and place it back up there again to type?

I'd like to try and get users typing above the code more, rather than some users typing under the code.
