Hello, I have a member writing me regarding another member that can't login because he get's a Ban message.
I have checked and doublechecked both profile on the forum and in the admin area and the account is not banned. I suggested maybe he logged in to the wrong account but he only has one. He tries to login via a mobile phone and therefor don't have a static ip. According to the person who writes me he tried logging in from a computer and different ip and still get the same message.

I've run out of ideas and don't know what else I can do or suggest.

Two things that I can think of:

- Check if his email address is banned.
- Check that, for some reason, he isn't it the banned usergroup

I checked the e-mail ban and it's not listed there.
I can't see when clicking to Change Usergroup what group they belong to, but added Registered. Since I did have a member who pm'ed me and was annoyed that she was appointed Moderator (which I have NEVER done) maybe this is a similar glitch (http://community.mybb.com/thread-151657.html) but instead of mod this member got banned.
