I was wondering if there was a plugin that dynamically adds meta tags (Keywords & description) based on the threads content. E.g. Description = THread subject

Google SEO is capable of doing so (meta descriptions). Meta keywords are pretty useless in 2014, and the major search engines no longer take them in to account.

I have that installed but it doesn't do anything :\

Please read the documentation. It explains what you need to do.
