I'm looking forward to do this. I guess if the option is not in the administration panel then you can remove it modifying the template.
At least I was able to remove the "Open Buddy List" by modifying the template.
When I get to the profiles template I know I will be able to remove those two links too.

Okay I found it and this is how I did it.
1- Go to: Templates
2- Then: Member Templates
3- Then: member_profile
4- Edit that template.
5- In line # 94 you will find this: {$buddy_options}
Just delete that and the options will be gone in all members profiles.
