Hi,
In my forum I have an 80px tall sticky header, whenever a user clicks to the last post of a thread or a link on the homepage, the post is covered up by the header.
Is there any way to make it jump down?

a link to your forum site would be good so we can see what is happening

Yes a link would be very useful as then we might be able to assist.
I am taking a wild guess here but I think that your header (banned) is too big for the forum.
Have you tried to re-size the banner?
