Is there a plugin where admins and mods can assign badges to users? Like icons or pictures we can put in user's profiles and beside their name in posts? Very similar to user group image.

As well as the (also free) OUGC Awards plugin by Omar G., however the thread and mods site submission seem to be unavailable; you can, however, download it from GitHub.

I have made my OUGC Awards plugin visible once again. I do not recommend you to use the GitHub version, at all.
