More or less inquiring about how I can find the templates to edit and toy with the PM postbit or area where user details are displayed:

Also if possible how would I be able to set the PM view to classic just like thread views in classic mode?

The template is supposed to be the same as that for posts (postbit/_classic) and the setting to change postbit styles should work for both, posts and private messages.

Oh, perhaps I was simply looking at the preview message. As I've edited my postbit_classic accordingly.
