I want to translate some things from English to Dutch, but the English language pack is "blocked" for editting..?
How to resolve this?
What do you mean "blocked"? Is it read-only? chmod it to 777 in your FTP client?
This error, it's Dutch.
Voordat u taalbestanden kunt bewerken, moet u de bestandseigenschappen zodanig wijzigen dat ze niet langer beveiligd zijn tegen schrijven.
Just what spork says, chmod it with ftp.
Login met ftp naar je server en chmod het taalbestand naar 777
