When users on my site try to send a PM and then look into the "Sent" folder, they see this issue.

PM TITLE HERE N/A (not sent) Today, 07:40 PM

Where the username should appear as a link, instead "N/A (not sent)" shows up. Any ideas?
Updating:

I am running MyBB 1.6.7. Would the fact that I moved my site to a server with PHP 5.4 be causing this problem?

I'm not sure if this is the problem or not but 1.6.7 is very out of date. You should try upgrading to 1.6.12.

I would think that that might be the issue if it had been working before our server move. I am just needing to know I guess which files handle this issues and what sort of PHP sequence would need to be updated to match?
