I have the .sql file of 1 deleted user from my old vB database.

What would be the best way of reinstating the member and re-assigning the posts/content of the deleted account to the user?

I'm thinking upload the vB database/files on another server, re-import the user.sql there, then use Merge > myBB database, export the user from there, and then import into my current database?

I know this probably makes little sense but it's nearly 1am.

That's the only clean way to do it. It shouldn't take to long to just convert members.
