Can some one tell me how to add an small icon on the browser tab for my forum ?

Upload a favicon.ico file to the root of your website.

Add this to the headerinclude template:

<link rel="shortcut icon" href="http://example.com/favicon.ico">

Clear your browser cache and cookies if necessary.
