Is there any way/plugin to redirect renamed threads' old addresses to new addresses?

+Does MyBB redirect moved threads' old addresses to new addresses automatically? If so, when does the redirection expire?

Do you use the Google SEO plugin? If so, it should redirect old links to the new ones. If not, MyBB stock urls (showthread.php?tid=X or thread-X.html) never change when renaming threads.

I use Google seo, but after I changed some forums' names, some 404 errors appeared in my webmaster tools.
