I am looking for a way to remove the Anonymous login option from the Member Group Permissions.

Is this possible and if so how, please?

Are you using a plugin, if not, how do you mean anonymous?

Do you mean anonymous posting (guest posting)?
If so:

"AdminCP>Users & Groups>Groups>Guest>Forums & Posts"
Uncheck the following (You may want to change these differently)

Posting/Rating Options?
Can post new threads?
Can post replies to threads?
Can rate threads?
Poll Options
Can post polls?
Can vote in polls?
Can undo votes in polls?

Then go to "AdminCP>Users & Groups>Groups>Guest>Users & Permissions"
and make sure everything is unchecked.

Do you mean disable the ability to set ones self to not be visible ?
