Hi, I don't know if anyone else is having problems, but for some weird reason, I cannot get a google to github connection to download the myBB v1.8 alpha - which not a problem (I can wait for the new release) but just wondering why I can not access. I have no other problems on myBB or any-where else on the i-net, or DL's .. I have a feeling it's google again. I will try and attach a couple of screen grabs of the message(s) I get.. Thanks in advance for any help or advice..

Where it say try again later, I have tried and tried over the last week or so.. I never use wi-fi - wLAN is OFF all the time on the router.

Any help would be welcome.

Well to start, check your system time is correct, although I'm assuming it is if you can access other sites fine.

If that is correct then the issue is likely to do with DigiCert's CA on your system. https://superuser.com/questions/605900/w...ertificate has a bit of info/some possible solutions. See also, GitHub's help docs: https://help.github.com/articles/error-s...cert-is-ok (Archive/mirror)

thanks for your help, in the end I simply just DLed firefox installed then got the connect to github and DLed myBB v1.7 so yep clearly it's google again.
