Download the MyBB software http://www.mybb.com/downloads
UNZIP , then upload all the contents from the UPLOAD folder of the ZIP, upload these files to the root of your server (or folder you created if you are not going to use MyBB as your main index)
You must first create a DATABASE on your host, you will need the DATABASE NAME, HOSTNAME, and PASSWORD you created for that database.
Once files are uploaded and you have those basic info (hope your server meets all the requirements for a MyBB install)
Go to http://siteURLandFOLDER/install/ and follow the easy steps.
The process takes less than 2 minutes to install the software.
