Hi guys, some of you may know me from my frantic posting in the support forums over the last few months.

I have a quick question that is not quite support related.

What is the best way you find of keeping tracks of your mods and template changes?

So that when you come up to doing an update you can do it without messing up your whole site?

I have a list of all my mods plus links to their download location. As for templates, I usually copy everything in that template into a html file with different colouring for what I edit and such .

There's a similar utility built into the Admin CP when you upgrade a major version. You can find out which templates changed.
