I have two admininstrators on MYBB but every few days they get put back to regular members and cant log into the MYBB - dahsboard . PANEL
anyidea what may cause this/.

As you can see i set them to (admin) and then a few hours later it moves to a (registered) member on its own please check images attached.
Then they cant get into controll panel i have no idea why its doing it/

Goto your acp
Click Users and Groups
Click Group Promotions
See if you have a promotion that is moving users from 1 group to another... and how it might be affecting admin
