I installed bank lottery ok

Installed Points shopa

added item to shop how do I make visible to all users

eg I tried to see it i could not see it so i change it to admin and i could see it how do I select multiple users groups to see it as I finding I can only select one user group to see it need all users except guests and non active users to see this item in thw points shop

how can I do this please explain
