we need a bit more info. Are you using jQuery? If so, use it in no conflict mode. If you are not using jQuery and the spinner keeps loading check your HTML.

can you supply a link to your site .... your question is rather vague ...
1) are you using jquery or prototype
2) has your browser got java enabled ?
3) post the contents of your headerinclude template
