when im posting with lots of letter it happens but if i post less letter it not happen

what are you trying to do ?? attach some items from the steam api or add the text as a guide on how to implement the steam api

the 403 error is a forbidden error you may wish to take this up with your host or check with an ftp program that the correct permissions are applied to the files on your site
